Rose Quartz Crystal Salt Exquisite Halite Salt from the Himalayas

Salt from a sea that no longer exists.

Millions of years ago, where the foothills of the Himalayas now lie, there was a primeval sea. When it evaporated, mighty salt layers remained, which later earth movements lifted into the mountains. This salt comes from there – broken into solid chunks and finely ground.

The rosé hue is created by its natural composition. Unprocessed, without anti-caking agents and without chemical additives.

What fine salt is good for: For everything in cooking. Soups, sauces, dough, potato water, marinades. The salt note is mild and subtle, it doesn't overpower anything.

If you want to sprinkle it visibly on the finished dish, it's better to use the coarse pink flakes – fine salt dissolves immediately and is visually lost.

Taste: mild, fine, pure, balanced.
