Collection: Salt

Two salts. Nothing else needed.

Salt flakes are added to food at the end, where they can be seen and felt between the teeth. Herb salt Italia for everything before that – tomatoes, scrambled eggs, roasted vegetables, focaccia.

Neither belongs in cooking water. That's too much of a waste and too expensive.
